TOWN COUNCIL VACANCY
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Irvington is seeking a full-time resident to fulfill the unexpired term of a member of the Town Council who has resigned. Any full-time resident who is a qualified voter may send a letter to the Town of Irvington expressing his or her interest no later than October 6, 2023. The appointment will be considered in closed session at its next regular meeting to be held on October 12th at 6:30 p.m. at Irvington Baptist Church. Town Council meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month. Send letters of interest to the Town of Irvington, P. O. Box 174, Irvington, VA 22480 or email to info@town.irvington.va.us. Call 804-438-6230 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. with any questions.
